SKC02.....A basic chiffon 13-panel skirt is one of our most popular items. This is a full skirt that is made up of 13 panels that cover the circumference of the garment with long elegant chiffon fabric layers. Each layer touches the other making it a beautiful spinning skirt as well that flutters and flows with each move.
