SKC02.....A basic chiffon 13-panel skirt is one of our most popular items. This is a full skirt that is made up of 13 panels that cover the circumference of the garment with long elegant chiffon fabric layers. Each layer touches the other making it a beautiful spinning skirt as well that flutters and flows with each move. This skirt is perfect for spinning and doing dynamic moves as the skirt highlights the dancer's movements. The skirt has elastic in the waist and also fastens with a hook on the side for security.
