Comfortable shock-absorbing knee protection. The non-slip construction doesn't roll, making it great for dance, cheer and all sports. Breathable and flexible fabrication. Hand wash in warm water, hang dry. Do not bleach.
There is a lot of elasticity in knee pads so a pad above or below your measurement will still fit well. If you're in between sizes, choose the size under if you prefer a more snug fit or size above if you prefer some extra wiggle room
XS = 9" - 11" Knee Circumference
S = 12" - 13" Knee Circumference
M = 14" - 15" Knee Circumference

How to find your size
Sizes mean nothing!! One manufacturer's size 8 is another one's 12. Finding your size in Belly dance wear can be a challenge. But armed with your accurate measurements, you can decipher any sizing system.
What you'll need
What you'll needA cloth tape measure and a full-length mirror. Take measurements undressed or in lightweight clothes. Pull the tape measure snug, but not too tight. Keep your arms at your side and have a friend take the measurements, for the best results. And don't slouch! Stand up nice and tall.

- Around Rib cage/Under Bust
- Upper Hip/Top of Belt
- Lower Hip: 4" below the top of the belt
- Skirt/Pants Length: upper hip to bottom of the skirt
