Return Policy

Quality of merchandise and customer satisfaction are two indispensable values for MissBellyDance. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange.

• To return a product, just send the items back to the address listed below.  Please be sure you include your order information inside the package.
• The merchandise should be returned within 30 days of the date it was received, in original condition with the label, we must be able to resell the item being returned. *Tights may not be returned once opened.
• If the merchandise is defective or mistaken we will exchange it or issue a full refund according to your choice, we will also cover your shipping charges (ground service only) for returning the package.
• If there is nothing wrong with the product (wrong color, design, defect, does not fit, etc.) we will NOT issue a refund for shipping charges, and there will be a restocking fee.
• Shipping cost is nonrefundable.
• All items marked Sale, are non refundable

• Refunds will be processed in the same form as the original payment type.
• We recommend insuring the package, as you are responsible for it until we receive it.
• We do not accept any returns on Special order or  MADE-TO-ORDER Professional Costumes so please be very careful about providing correct measurements.
